Your data on the Free plan
You do not lose invoices, clients, or files when you are on Free or when Pro ends.
Nothing is deleted
A plan limit pauses new creates. It does not delete, hide, or lock records you already have. GST invoices remain yours.
If Pro ends
The account becomes Free. Existing documents stay. New creates follow Free allowances. Upgrade again whenever you want.
Download and share
PDF download and sharing stay available on Free, including after a monthly cap is reached. Existing files you already downloaded are unchanged.
