Cancelling and refunds
Pro bought on our website does not renew automatically; you renew it yourself when it ends. When the paid-through date passes without renewal, the account becomes Free.
How Pro ends
Pro bought on our website does not renew automatically; you renew it yourself when it ends. When the paid-through date passes without renewal, the account becomes Free on its own. Data stays.
Cancel at period end
In the last 7 days of Pro, Settings → Account can record that you do not want another period. That is a preference only for website Pro. It does not charge your card. You keep Pro until the paid-through date.
Refunds
Website Pro charges follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the cooling-off window where it applies. Pro on iPhone or Android may renew through the App Store or Google Play under those store terms.
