What is CA Sync?
CA Sync is a One Stop Invoice feature that emails a scheduled pack of GST books to your Chartered Accountant: invoices, quotations and notes you choose, clients, inventory, expenses, and TDS. You turn it on in Settings, enter the CA email, pick monthly or weekly, and the pack goes out on that calendar. Free includes one pack per month. Paid can run weekly. It is not Tally, it is not a GSTR-1 filing API, and it does not upload anything to the GST portal. It is the missing hand-off between a cloud GST invoice and the person who files your returns. Schedule
Enable once. Pick the CA email and the clock.
Settings → CA Sync. Store the CA email, choose monthly or weekly, pick the day and time, and choose what sits in the pack. Monthly is on Free. Weekly is on Pro. The server checks due syncs on a repeating job, so a send starts within about ten minutes of the time you set.

The pack is the books, not a screenshot. Include tax invoices and the document types you tick. Add expenses, inventory, and TDS when your CA wants them. Send now for a report month if you missed a cycle. Delivery history stays on the account so you can see what went out.
Honest line
Your CA may still use Tally. That is fine.
One Stop Invoice does not replace TallyPrime and does not file GSTR-1. Many CAs still work in Tally or their own working papers.
