Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Subscription Billing
    • onestopinvoice subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
  2. Cancellations
    • You can cancel your subscription only within 7 days of the billing date.
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted from your account settings or by contacting contact@quantumbytestudios.in within 7 days of billing.
    • After the 7-day window, subscriptions cannot be cancelled and will continue until the end of the billing period.
    • Once cancelled within the 7-day window, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
  3. Refunds
    • Refunds are only available if cancellation is requested within 7 days of the billing date.
    • Refunds may also be granted in cases of duplicate charges or proven technical issues that prevent you from using the service.
    • To request a refund, contact contact@quantumbytestudios.in within 7 days of the charge.
  4. Changes to Policy
    • We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. We will notify users of material changes.
